Like the desert armour of its Dakar namesake, the belly of the beast features a newly-designed skid plate for advanced off-road protection.
Sidesteps are replaced with robust rock rails, designed to protect low clearance areas and withstand greater impact in tough terrain.
Located on GR Sport’s towbar, rear recovery points use high tensile bolts for a safer and easier vehicle recovery when needed.

A distinctive grille mesh, GR badging and bold TOYOTA lettering makes a sporty statement while enlarging the engine’s cooling area.
Body design elements have been sculpted through the use of wind tunnel testing, improving their aerodynamic efficiency.
INTERIORS
A premium interior designed to optimise driving performance. Black seats and trims are set off by aluminium sports pedals and seat belts, with GAZOO Racing badges splashed throughout. Paddle shifters let you keep both hands on the steering wheel, keeping you in control over big whoops and heavy landings.

HILUX REPUTATION
For over 55 years, HiLux has been setting the bar for safer, smarter and tougher 4x4 utes in Australia. In late 2023, HiLux GR Sport will join the WorkMate, SR, SR5 and Rogue in servicing the on and off-road needs of this generation and the next.
