As a member of AND, we’re working to weave access and inclusion into the fabric of our business – from employing people with disability to designing products and services to meet the needs of all our employees.
We’ve partnered with Art of Mentoring to deliver an exciting and structured program that pairs staff with experienced mentors, helping them to develop greater workplace relationships, expand their networks and build confidence.
Access to role models and visible pathways is essential in shaping a gender equitable future. Our Annual Women’s Conference is an opportunity to facilitate this, while building new relationships and working toward our diversity objectives.
